Celery, apple and walnuts salad


Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 apples
  • A bunch of celery
  • A handful of toasted walnuts


Directions:
  • For preparing the vinaigrette combine lemon juice, mustard, honey and olive oil then season with salt and pepper. 
  • Slice the apples and celery on diagonal; chop some of the celery leaves also, mix in a bowl together with the toasted walnuts. Add vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper.
