- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 apples
- A bunch of celery
- A handful of toasted walnuts
Directions:
- For preparing the vinaigrette combine lemon juice, mustard, honey and olive oil then season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the apples and celery on diagonal; chop some of the celery leaves also, mix in a bowl together with the toasted walnuts. Add vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper.
