Healthy banana milkshake







Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 250ml skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or handful chopped nuts of your choice (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:



  • Mix all ingredients in a blender or in a jug and mix well.
