Ingredients:
- 2 x 150g rectangular fresh tuna steaks
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp sushi soy sauce
- 1 Mango
- 2 avocado
- 1 small tomato
- 1 lime juice
- Fresh parsley
Directions:
- Place the avocado in a serving bowl, and mix with the lime juice. Mix in the mango, tomato, parsley and salt if needed.
- Combine sesame seeds on a large plate. Coat tuna in oil and roll in sesame seeds. Heat a non-stick pan over high heat and sear tuna for exactly 40 seconds on each side until just colored.
- Slice tuna into 1cm thick slices and arrange each slice overlapping the other slightly.
- Serve with soy sauce
