- 1 cup prepared sushi rice
- 1 sheet nori
- 1/4 tbsp wasabi paste
- 2 tbsp salmon roe, 2 tbsp black caviar, 2 tbsp wasabi caviar
Directions:
- Prepare 6 finger sushi by dipping your right hand into a bowl of vinegared water and then tap your fingers on a towel to remove excess water, and take up about 1 tablespoon sushi rice. Form the rice into 6 small oval bite-sized portions
- Cut the nori into 6 strips, each 2 cm wide
- Wrap a 2cm strip of nori around the sides of each finger sushi, creating a tiny collar all around the rice.
- Add a little wasabi paste on top of the rice inside the nori collar. Delicately spoon about 1 tablespoon of the salmon roe/black caviar/wasabi caviar into each nori collar.
- Serve immediately
