Smoked mackerel pate



Ingredients:


  • Smoked mackerel fillets (175g)
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 tbsp low fat cream cheese
  • Paprika, salt and pepper
  • Endive or dark bread


Directions:

  • Cut the mackerel into pieces and place in blender with cream cheese, paprika and lemon juice.
  • Blend until smooth and season with pepper, salt only if necessary
  • Serve with fresh endives or dark bread
