Ingredients:
- Smoked mackerel fillets (175g)
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 tbsp low fat cream cheese
- Paprika, salt and pepper
- Endive or dark bread
Directions:
- Cut the mackerel into pieces and place in blender with cream cheese, paprika and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and season with pepper, salt only if necessary
- Serve with fresh endives or dark bread
